Marble Distilling Co. is a zero-waste distillery that focuses on sustainability through water conservation, renewable energy, and local sourcing and reuse of byproducts. The company has built a one-of-a-kind Water and Energy Thermal System (WETS), which provides a closed-loop way to capture 100 percent of the water and energy utilized and created during the distillation process.
